2.1. We provide garage door supply, servicing, repairs, and automation.
2.2. Any quotations provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
2.3. All services are subject to availability of parts and materials.

3. Pricing & Payments

3.1. Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT (where applicable), unless stated otherwise.
3.2. Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking. We may require a deposit for parts or installations.
3.3. Full payment is due upon completion of work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

4.1. If you wish to cancel a booking, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
4.2. Deposits for special-order parts are non-refundable.
4.3. Refunds for completed work are only given if the service was not carried out with reasonable care and skill, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

5. Warranties & Guarantees

5.1. New garage doors and motors come with the manufacturer’s warranty.
5.2. Repairs carried out by SmartLift Garage Doors are guaranteed for 12 months against faulty workmanship.
5.3. The guarantee does not cover misuse, lack of maintenance, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

6. Liability

6.1. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our services.
6.2. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question.
6.3. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

7. Appointments & Access

7.1. You are responsible for providing safe access to your property so we can carry out the work.
7.2. If we cannot gain access at the agreed time, we reserve the right to charge a call-out fee.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
