FAQs
Do you supply & install new garage doors?
Not just yet. As a new start-up I’m concentrating on:
Delivering top-quality repairs, servicing and motorisation
Building trusted relationships with door manufacturers
Setting up the right processes so installations are smooth and reliable
This approach keeps quality high and costs fair. New door supply & installs are coming soon—tell me what you have in mind and I’ll keep you updated.
Are there any garage door brands you don’t repair?
Unfortunately, yes. I don’t work on the “too good to be true” budget roller doors — you’ve probably seen the ads: “£895 fully fitted!” These doors are often built with poor-quality components, lack proper safety features, and have little to no manufacturer support. In many cases, repairing them is unsafe, uneconomical, or simply not possible due to unavailable parts.
I believe in doing work that lasts, so I focus on repairing and maintaining quality doors from reputable manufacturers.
Should i get my garage door serviced?
Absolutely. Just like a car, your garage door has moving parts that wear over time. Regular servicing keeps it running smoothly, extends its lifespan, and helps prevent costly breakdowns. It’s also an opportunity to check safety features, alignment, and motor performance — especially important if your door is automated.
Most manufacturers recommend a yearly service to keep warranties valid and ensure your door stays safe and reliable.
What is the warranty period?
All repairs and motors come with a 5 year warranty.
I’ve accepted the quote — how long will it take for the work to be completed?
We aim to complete all repairs as quickly as possible.
Many can be done the same day, but some may require parts to be ordered first.
Motor installations are typically completed within 7 working days, depending on stock availability.
